Pour salt into the tube as much as possible so that it fully copes with the task of deep cleaning. Coarse sea salt is commonly used to clean bongs and other water pipes, but kosher salt or Epsom salts are usually good enough for pipe cleaning.  The alcohol acts as a disinfectant and the salt acts as an abrasive to help clean the pipe. Now that it's soaked, simply scrape the salt and alcohol out of the bowl with a piping tool.
